Important information about the presentation

Language of the Symposium: English (including abstracts, oral presentations, and posters)

a) Speakers are kindly requested to prepare their multimedia presentations as a Microsoft PowerPoint file. Due to the HYBRIDE MODE of the conference THE FILE WITH THE PRESENTATION MUST BE FORWARDED TO THE ORGANIZERS EARLIER VIA EMAIL or OTHER DATA TRANSFER TOOLS (e.i. We transfer) – (Deadline 15/06/2021).

Speakers who participate in the conference in a full-time mode may transferred their presentation to the computer in the conference room, but no later than 30 minutes before the beginning of a session.

All speakers are obliged to respect the time limits that are specified in the Symposium program:

  • Plenary lectures – 30 minutes (having regard to the discussion)
  • Oral Presentation – 15 minutes (having regard to the discussion).

The chair of the session will monitor the time of each presentation and the speakers will be alerted five minutes before the end.

B) Information about the poster sessions:

  • We plan two poster sessions.
  • Posters should be prepared in the form of a Microsoft PowerPoint file containing max. 4 slides on which the following information should be included: title, authors, purpose of the work, a very short list of materials and methods used, the most important results, conclusions
  • the poster presentation will be in the form of a short oral presentation (5 minutes)
  • Due to the HYBRIDE MODE of the conference THE FILE WITH THE POSTER PRESENTATION MUST BE FORWARDED TO THE ORGANIZERS ALSO EARLIER VIA EMAIL or OTHER DATA TRANSFER TOOLS (e.i. We transfer) – (Deadline 15/06/2021).
  • Each poster presentation will be transformed into a one-page pdf file, which will be available for viewing by conference participants a few days before its start.
